What you’ll do
Handle inbound and outbound calls; Promote company services through calls and digital channels; Assist in marketing campaigns and lead generation; Maintain customer records in the system (CRM); Provide accurate information about services and job opportunities; Meet monthly call and marketing targets; Work with the team to improve customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
What you’ll need
Call center experience is a MUST; Marketing experience is a MUST; Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is a plus); Customer-oriented and friendly attitude; Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems); Ability to handle inquiries, promote services, and achieve targets; Willingness to work in shifts if required.
