Kitchen Staff Wanted

The SilkenGrand Resort is hiring for its kitchen team and seeking passionate and hardworking individuals to deliver quality food for our restaurant and events. We have several positions available including Senior Cook/Kitchen In-Charge, Cook, and Junior Cook/Kitchen Helper.

• Senior Cook / Kitchen In-Charge: Experienced in Sri Lankan, Chinese, Western, and Function food; able to cook and lead the kitchen; maintain food quality, portion control, and hygiene; must be hands-on and work in the kitchen.
• Cook: Able to independently cook rice, noodles, pasta, curries, grill, and fried items; assist during busy periods; maintain cleanliness and food preparation; good working attitude and team player.
• Junior Cook / Kitchen Helper: Food preparation and cutting; vegetable and meat preparation; assist with cooking, plating, and basic dishes; help with cleaning and kitchen maintenance; hardworking and reliable.
