You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. What you’ll do
Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service. Manage inventory control, food costing, and maintain stock levels. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Handle POS system operations and basic administrative duties.
What you’ll need
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory capacity with proven service records. Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer literacy. Passionate about customer service, leadership, and F&B industry. Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
