Shift Manager / Service Crew / Counter Staff

Bing Chun is looking for enthusiastic individuals for their new store in Kochchikade. Positions available are for Shift Manager and Service Crew/Counter Staff. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

For Shift Manager: Lead and manage daily shift operations, guide and supervise the store team, ensure fast and smooth customer service, manage stock and minimize wastage, handle customers professionally. For Service Crew/Counter Staff: Prepare and serve drinks and ice cream, assist customers with their orders, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, handle basic counter operations, work effectively during busy hours.
